Terms of service
The basics
Shop Camper Van is a marketplace connecting camper van buyers and sellers. We provide the platform; the transaction is between you and the other party. We are not a party to any sale, and we don't inspect vehicles or guarantee listings.
For sellers
- Listings must be accurate. Misrepresenting a van's condition, history, title status, or specifications is grounds for immediate removal.
- You must have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
- One listing per van. Relisting a sold van is prohibited.
- During the preview period listings are free; paid tiers may apply in the future with notice.
For buyers
- Do your own due diligence — inspections, title checks, and test drives are your responsibility.
- Never wire money before seeing a vehicle in person. See our buying guide for safe payment practices.
- Don't use the platform to harass sellers or submit false reports.
Prohibited
- Fraud, scams, and misrepresentation of any kind.
- Scraping listings or automated bulk access.
- Posting other people's vans or photos without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop Camper Van is not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users. Use the platform at your own risk, and when in doubt, get an independent inspection.
