The expensive, boring work is done — you do the fun part. Fully insulated (Havelock wool + Thinsulate), sound-deadened, wired with a 200Ah lithium house battery and 200W solar, MaxxAir fan installed, and a rock-solid platform bed frame with huge storage cubbies underneath.
What's left: interior paneling, kitchen, and plumbing — a blank canvas with the infrastructure already in. The 3.7L V6 is the reliable workhorse motor, and the mid-roof fits in a standard garage with room to spare.
Perfect if you want a custom layout without starting from zero. I have all the receipts and a wiring diagram. Selling because a job relocation killed my build timeline.
